An appeal for new members has been launched by Bromyard Bowls Club.
The club's future is in the balance because of a lack of interest and key positions on the club's committee not being filled.
It has had to cancel fixtures because it has not been able to field teams.
Club secretary Ray Lloyd said of the club's future: "It's 50-50 at the moment.
"A lot will depend on the AGM we're having in November and how many people turn up."
Mr Lloyd hopes more will join the club to enjoy its friendly nature.
"It's a fantastic atmosphere," he said. "The people you meet are from all walks of life and the games are full of laughter. I only started because a friend asked if I was interested. I went down, played a few games and really enjoyed it. It's just a case of getting people to come and play."
