Tuesday Evening

This Tuesday (14th May), the Bromyard Fire Service. The fire service is surprisingly mainly made up of volunteers who have to live and work within a 5 minute commute of the station. Many local employers, including Holden Alluminium, give the fire service volunteers permission to leave in case of a 999 emergency.
The bowls match between them and us, the local club, is a tradition that has been going for decades. Many of them are very keen to bowl and join the club as a member but due to their fire commitments it just isn't possible.
We really enjoy having them come down and invite them year after year.
We hope this tradition will carry on for many years to come.
