Here's a recent update from Bodenham Bowls Club about their start to the season:
A wonderful day weather wise saw the start of our 2015 outdoor season.
All four rinks had a full complement of players (32) and other members watched.
We welcomed 4 new members to our ranks and hope for one or two more but Easter holidays kept them away.
The bring and share tea went down very well with everyone present and sincere thanks must go to everyone who prepared food to bring, who set up and then helped clear away.
The men’s league commences on 13th May on a Wednesday evening and 8 players will be needed each week.
The ladies county competitions have members participating in 8 events and these are on a separate sheet to the programme so if you have any queries re these matches please contact Mrs Ann Walters.
