Can anyone help with the identity of this photo?

This is a photo that was found at Queen Elizabeth Humanities College a few days ago when some refurbishment work was being carried out.
Whilst an old heater was removed, this photo was found behind it. The contractors then alerted the academy about their find.

No one is sure what bowls club it is in the photo. Can you help
